Participating in the chain of letters is anonymous and takes about fifteen minutes.

Questions are open and you are in control of the details you wish to include in your answers.

Information is collected through a form you will receive via the platform Typeform. No names, email addresses, or any personal information will be collected through this platform. It will not be possible for us to connect your replies to your person. Therefore, the answers you provide is anonymous, and will stay that way.

Information collected on Typeform will be stored according to the platform’s terms and conditions here.

Information will only be kept for the purpose of this project. No information will be shared with any third parties. 

The anonymous answers and questions will be published in our online publication, Instagram, and live installation event. This is in accordance to the GDPR guidelines.

Participation is voluntary and you can end your participation whenever you want by closing the browser-window of the form.

You have the right to withdraw at any point without any consequences. If you would like your answers removed please contact us at hello [ at ] bearingquestions.com.

In order to participate in the project, you must provide your consent on the Typeform before continuing.

Storage of email addresses provided for participation in this project, in order to receive the Typeform, will be deleted from our mailbox after a maximum of five working days.

Email addresses will then only be stored on a secure hard drive until the participant has been sent the Typeform. After this email addresses will be permanently deleted. No email addresses provided for participation will be used for marketing purposes or shared with any third parties.
